One of my friends is so devoted to Uwe Boll that he’s created the ultimate Uwe Boll fan website.  He has clips from his movies, interviews, a biography, trivia, and even a message board.  He claims it’s a haven for the world’s most misunderstood genius, but assures me in decades to come everybody will appreciate his art.  I think his website will die.  The targeted traffic is other diehard Uwe Boll fans and there are none.   There are, however, fans of the tragically absurd and the comically absurd.  The people who watch movies that are so bad that they’re good.  Uwe Boll definitely falls into this category and if you think he does then he apparently wants to face off with you in a boxing match.  In fact, I’m shocked there’s no clips of web footage of Boll’s boxing matches with his critics.  It doesn’t matter.  It’s not like there’ll be any less critics because they’re afraid Boll will punch them and my friend didn’t seem to think it was a big deal either.  Mostly, he thought it was a publicity stunt and he was probably right.  Personally, I don’t think Boll is worth that much attention.  So what if he’s bad?  Don’t watch his films.  Then he will go away.
