Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation
Property was built around 1902. It is a Queen Anne–style home designed by William Scott & Company. It was briefly owned by J.L. Hudson, founder of the Hudson’s department store, in the early 1900s. It is a 1,963-square-foot home. It has undergone a gut rehab in 2004 and has new windows, electric, plumbing, heating. The home has original wood trim & wainscoting.
For the first phase of construction, I am interested in a kitchen & bathroom renovation. The kitchen renovation will require removing a stairwell among other structural changes. The bathroom renovation also will require removal of a wall to expand it into one of the bedrooms.
