Build-out a tenant's commercial kitchen in an existing food court. No MEP needed, only need drywall/wall finishes, millwork/counter carpentry, and soffit with signage. Tenant is ordering and installing all kitchen equipment. All electrical, mechanical and plumbing work is by the landlord. Electrical fixtures, including signage, are purchased by GC but installed by the landlord. Existing space is studded at the perimeter, kitchen hood, ceiling with lighting, and front counter knee wall. The existing photos and architectural drawings are attached.
